I can't recommend Snail On A Rocket more! J.J. is professional, kind, and energetic. I've taken her group classes and had 1:1 sessions. The poses are just challenging enough to make me feel like I am working my body, but not too challenging that I feel like I can't do them. Love the accessibility!

I workout most days of the week and I am a pole fitness instructor, so I go to a lot of fitness classes. But there is something really special about S.O.A.R. stretching classes! They are low impact and they are great for decompressing and relaxing my muscles. And J.J. is the best!

A few friends wanted to go to a SOAR stretching class, so I said sure! I'm not flexible at all, but it didn't matter. It was really fun and people were so nice - someone even lent me her yoga mat when I forgot mine. J.J. knows so much about the body, and I felt assured the whole time.

Never thought I'd say this, but I look forward to stretching. I was skeptical at first, but when my mom brought me to one of J.J.'s classes, I loved it. I like that there are people of all ages and movement ability. Everyone is nice and accepting. There isn't any pressure to "be good" at it either.
