Form-Your-Own Group Stretching
Stretch with SOAR in a small group. Intended for individuals of all ages, health, and mobility, you will receive personalized attention. Stretch regularly to improve your muscular flexibility and joint mobility, and live free from pain and stiffness.

Flexibility and Mobility Training
Improve your flexibility and mobility in a one-on-one session and rediscover what your body is capable of!
Each session is customized according to your specific needs and goals - no goal is trivial or too audacious; and no one is too old to begin. With consistent and paced effort, witness your progress and return to the activities you enjoy.
Assisted Stretching
If you find stretching exercises difficult, Assisted Stretching may be the right option for you. Experience personalized care while you lie or sit on a comfortably cushioned table.
